Help Us Help You. . . And Your Favorite Charity

NPS Landing PageAt PointRoll, we are focused on customer service and are always looking for ways to improve our processes to help better serve you—our customer. So  we send out surveys monthly for every campaign that has gone live asking simply, How Likely Would you Be to Recommend PointRoll to a Colleague? We take your feedback and use it to continually refine our process so we can better serve you.

In 2013, we are kicking off an exciting new program to sweeten the pot for our customers.  Because getting honest feedback from our clients is so valuable to us, we wanted to make it worthwhile to you, our clients. Moving forward, for each survey response we get, we will be donating $5 to a charity of the respondent’s choice. For 2013, we have chosen four charities to contribute to—the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Special Olympics.

Next time you receive a survey from us, choose a score for our service directly on the email (as you always have). Once your score is recorded, you will be directed to a landing page where you can choose which of the above charities you want the money to be directed to. On that landing page, you can also opt to leave more comments about the service you received while working with PointRoll.

Help us help these charities in 2013. When you see the email come through, from me, with the subject line “PointRoll Wants To Know What You Think”- take a minute to answer one question and earn some money for some really worthwhile organizations.
